§ 58.1-2712.1. International Fuel Tax Agreement.

The Department may, with the approval of the Governor, enter into theInternational Fuel Tax Agreement for interstate motor carriers and abide bythe requirements set forth in the Agreement. All requirements of theAgreement shall also apply to motor carriers operating in intrastate commerceunless specific requirements are determined by the Department to be not inthe best interest of the motor carrier industry.
