§ 58.1-3114. Books and certain forms of returns to be furnished by Department.

The Department of Taxation shall prescribe the form of the personal propertybook to be used by the commissioner of the revenue and shall furnish eachcommissioner of the revenue with three copies of blank personal propertybooks prepared in the form so prescribed. The Department of Taxation shallalso prepare and forward to the commissioners of the revenue (i) the printedforms of land or other tax books required by law and (ii) the blank forms ofreturns to be filed by taxpayers.
