§ 58.1-3134. Warrants must be presented within two years.

No warrant or order drawn on any treasurer by the governing body, schoolboard, local board of social services or circuit court shall be paid by thetreasurer, unless the warrant or order is presented to be paid and registeredin the warrant book within two years from the date of the drawing of thewarrant.
