§ 58.1-3152. Organization and procedure of board.

The chairman of the governing body of the county shall be the chairman of thecounty finance board and the clerk of the governing body shall be ex officioclerk thereof. The board shall meet at such times and at such places as thechairman or a majority of the members of the board may decide. The clerkshall record the activities and proceedings of such board in a suitablerecord book which shall be provided for such purpose by the governing body.
