§ 58.1-3175. Statement and payment of amounts collected.

Each clerk, monthly, or oftener if called upon by the Comptroller, shall makeout a statement, upon forms prepared by the Comptroller, of all taxes andother money belonging to the Commonwealth collected by him during thepreceding month. The statement shall be signed by the clerk and sent to theComptroller, and the clerk shall at the same time pay into the state treasurythe amount of taxes collected by him.
