§ 58.1-3218. Designation by General Assembly.

The General Assembly hereby deems those persons falling within thelimitations and conditions provided in §§ 58.1-3210 and 58.1-3211 of thisarticle to be bearing an extraordinary tax burden on the real estate inrelation to their income and financial worth.
