§ 58.1-3375. Compensation of members.

The members of every board of equalization shall receive compensation, fortime actually engaged in the duties of the board, to be fixed by thegoverning body of the county or city and paid out of the local treasury. Thegoverning body of every county and of every city may limit the compensationto such number of days as in its opinion is sufficient for the completion ofthe work of the board.
