§ 58.1-3382. Appeal.

The attorney for the county, city or town or any taxpayer, aggrieved by anysuch order, may apply to the circuit court of the county or city, for thecorrection and revision of such order, in the same manner and within the sametime as is provided by law for the correction of erroneous assessments ofreal estate by any person who is aggrieved thereby.
