§ 58.1-3723. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation providing any such coin machines or otherdevices and failing to procure a county, city or town license, if levied andassessed as provided by § 58.1-3720 shall be subject to a fine as establishedby ordinance pursuant to § 15.2-1429 for each offense and the machine orother device shall become forfeited to the county, city or town imposing suchlicense tax.
