§ 58.1-3985. Section 58.1-3984 not applicable to applications for correctionof assessments for local improvements.

Section 58.1-3984 shall not apply to applications for correction ofassessments for local improvements provided for in Article 2 (§ 15.2-2404 etseq.) of Chapter 24 of Title 15.2 of this Code or the charter of any city ortown.
