§ 58.1-4024. Employees of the Department.

Employees of the Department shall be exempt from the provisions of theVirginia Personnel Act, Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2.Personnel actions shall be taken without regard to race, sex, color, nationalorigin, religion, age, handicap or political affiliation.
