§ 58.1-4027. Judicial review.

The action of the Board in granting, or in refusing to grant, in suspendingor revoking any license under the provisions of this chapter shall be subjectto review in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Process Act(§ 2.2-4000 et seq.). Such review shall be limited to the evidential recordof the proceedings provided by the Board. Both the petitioner and the Boardshall have the right to appeal to the Court of Appeals from any order of thecourt.
