§ 59.1-139. Persons possessing explosives to give notice of theft.

Any person having in his possession any explosives covered by this chaptershall immediately notify the sheriff of the county or the police officials ofthe city in which any such explosives are being stored or used in the eventthat any such explosives are stolen.
