§ 59.1-157. Complaints to Commissioner.

The Commissioner shall investigate complaints made to him concerning allegedviolations of the provisions of this chapter or regulation adoptedthereunder, and shall, upon his own initiative, conduct such investigationsas he deems appropriate and advisable.
