§ 59.1-163. Penalty for violation.

Any person selling any motor fuel or lubricating oil which does not complywith the specifications provided in this chapter, or violating any of theprovisions of the chapter, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Anydealer in any motor fuel who receives motor fuel meeting the requirements ofthis chapter and who thereafter adulterates any such motor fuel or mixes itwith inferior motor fuel, so that the resulting product does not meet therequirements of this chapter, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
