§ 59.1-207.2. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

1. "Motor vehicle" shall mean every vehicle which is self-propelled ordesigned for self-propulsion and every vehicle drawn by or designed to bedrawn by a motor vehicle and includes every device in, upon or by which anyproperty is or can be transported or drawn upon a highway, whether or notrequired to be licensed by the Commonwealth, but shall not include devicesmoved by human or animal power or devices used exclusively upon stationaryrails or tracks. Nor shall it include those parts of a manufactured homewhich do not affect the ability of the manufactured home to be safely upon ahighway.

2. "Person" shall include any natural person, firm, partnership,association or corporation.

3. "Automobile repair facility" shall mean any person who for profitdiagnoses or corrects malfunctions of, or damage to, a motor vehicle.
