§ 59.1-207.29. Scope.

This chapter shall apply to all persons in the business of leasing rentalmotor vehicles from locations in the Commonwealth under an agreement whichimposes upon the lessee an obligation to pay for any damages caused to theleased vehicle. The provisions of this chapter apply solely to the collisiondamage waiver portion of the rental agreement.
