§ 59.1-21.25. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Public to be informed ofrights under chapter.

The State Corporation Commission is directed to use any methods available toit to inform the public of the rights created by this chapter; provided,however, notice given pursuant to the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act,Title VII, and regulations promulgated thereto, is deemed to satisfy thenotice requirements of this section.
