§ 59.1-21.26. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) State CorporationCommission to investigate, etc., complaints; records to be open to public.

The State Corporation Commission shall receive, investigate and mediatecomplaints of violations of this chapter and shall keep all recordspertaining to such complaints, investigations and mediations open to thepublic. Nothing in this section shall toll the operation of § 59.1-21.23 (e).
