§ 59.1-304. Notice of preservation of buyers' rights.

All health spa contracts and any promissory note executed by the buyer inconnection therewith shall contain the following provision on the facethereof in at least ten-point, boldface type: NOTICE

ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONTRACT OR NOTE IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSESWHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICESOBTAINED WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF. RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOTEXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER.
