§ 59.1-308.1. Production of records.

Every health spa, upon the written request of the Commissioner, shall makeavailable to the Commissioner its prepayment bank account records and allmembership contracts for inspection and copying, to enable the Commissionerreasonably to determine compliance with this chapter. Every health spa shallmaintain a true copy of each health spa contract executed between the healthspa and a buyer. Each contract shall be maintained for its term, includingany renewal. Every health spa shall maintain the executed health spacontracts at a designated location where the contracts may be inspected bythe Commissioner. If the location designated by the health spa is outsideVirginia, the health spa shall pay the reasonable travel costs of aninspection by the Commissioner.
