§ 59.1-335.6. Information statement required.

Before (i) the execution of a contract or agreement between a consumer and acredit services business or (ii) the receipt by the credit services businessof any money or other valuable consideration, whichever occurs first, thecredit services business shall provide the consumer with an informationstatement in writing containing all of the information required under §59.1-335.7. The credit services business shall maintain on file or microfilmfor a period of two years from the date of the consumer's acknowledgement anexact copy of the information statement personally signed by the consumeracknowledging receipt of a copy of the information statement.
