§ 59.1-314. Conflicts with other statutes.

In the event that there is any conflict between this chapter and the VirginiaCondominium Act (§ 55-79.39 et seq.), the Subdivided Land Sales Act (§ 55-336et seq.), or the Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act (§ 55-360 et seq.), theprovisions of this chapter shall prevail, but this chapter shall notinvalidate or otherwise affect rights or obligations vested under theCondominium Act, the Subdivided Land Sales Act, or the Virginia Real EstateTime-Share Act, before July 1, 1985, or the manner of their enforcement.
