59.1-361 - Applicability.
§ 59.1-361. Applicability.
This chapter shall apply to agreements in effect as of January 1, 1988. Inaddition, the chapter shall apply to any agreements entered into afterJanuary 1, 1988. The provisions of this chapter are also applicable to anyrenewal or amendment of such agreements.
