§ 59.1-367. Legal representation.

The Commission shall be represented in all legal matters by general counselhired by the Commission; however, the employment of such counsel shall besubject to the approval of the Attorney General. The compensation for suchgeneral counsel shall be paid out of the funds appropriated for theadministration of the Commission. No member of the General Assembly whileserving as a member nor any person associated with such member's law practiceshall be employed as general counsel.
