§ 59.1-373. Hearing and appeal.

Any person aggrieved by a refusal of the Commission to issue any license orpermit, the suspension or revocation of a license or permit, the impositionof a fine, or any other action of the Commission, may seek review of suchaction in accordance with Article 5 of the Administrative Process Act in theCircuit Court of the City of Richmond. Further appeals shall also be inaccordance with Article 5 (§ 2.2-4025 et seq.) of the Administrative ProcessAct.
