§ 59.1-394. Audit required.

A regular post-audit shall be conducted of all accounts and transactions ofthe Commission. An annual audit of a fiscal and compliance nature of theaccounts and transactions of the Commission shall be conducted by the Auditorof Public Accounts on or before September 30 of each year. The cost of theannual audit and post-audit examinations shall be borne by the Commission.
