§ 59.1-394.4. Racing Commission powers preserved.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to diminish or limit the powersand responsibilities of the Racing Commission established by Article 1 ofthis chapter or to invalidate any action of the Racing Commission previouslytaken, including without limitation any regulation promulgated thereby.
