§ 59.1-440. Production of records.

Every extended service contract obligor, upon written request of theCommissioner, shall make available to the Commissioner its extended servicecontract records for inspection and copying to enable the Commissioner toreasonably determine compliance with this chapter. Every obligor shallmaintain a true copy of each contract executed between the obligor and apurchaser, and each contract shall be maintained for its term.
