§ 59.1-446. Registration; fees.

A. It shall be unlawful for any travel club to offer or cause to be executedin this Commonwealth by the purchaser any travel services agreement unlesssuch travel club at the time of such offering, or execution thereof has beenproperly registered with the Commissioner. Such registration shall (i)disclose the address, ownership, and nature of business of the travel cluband (ii) be accompanied by an annual fee of $350 per registration and annualrenewal.

B. All fees shall be remitted to the State Treasurer and shall be placed tothe credit and special fund of the Virginia Department of Agriculture andConsumer Services to be used in the administration of this chapter.
