§ 59.1-452. Production of records.

Every travel club, upon written request of the Commissioner, shall makeavailable to the Commissioner its travel-services records for inspection andcopying to enable the Commissioner to reasonably determine compliance withthis chapter. Every club promoter shall maintain a true copy of eachagreement between the travel club and a purchaser, and such agreement shallbe maintained for its term plus two years.
