§ 59.1-454. Violations of chapter; penalty.

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter or any travel servicesagreement executed therewith shall constitute a prohibited practice pursuantto the provisions of § 59.1-200 and shall be subject to any and all of theenforcement provisions of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 etseq.).
