§ 59.1-68.7. Combinations to rig bids.

A. Any combination, conspiracy or agreement to intentionally rig, alter orotherwise manipulate, or to cause to be rigged, altered or otherwisemanipulated any bid submitted to the Commonwealth of Virginia or anygovernmental unit for the purpose of allocating purchases or sales to oramong persons, raising or otherwise fixing the prices of the goods orservices, or excluding other persons from dealing with the Commonwealth orany other governmental unit shall be unlawful.

B. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony.
