§ 59.1-108. Who are timber dealers.

Every person, firm or corporation dealing in logs or timber in any form to befloated on the streams of this Commonwealth shall be called and known astimber dealers, and as such may adopt a brand or trademark in the manner andwith the effect hereinafter provided.
