§ 59.1-122. Books and places of business open to inspection.

The books required by this article to be kept, and the places of business ofall persons engaged in the sale, receiving or purchasing of the articlesmentioned in § 59.1-117, shall at all reasonable times be open to theinspection of any police officer, sheriff or deputy of the county, city ortown in which such place of business is located.
