§ 59.1-132. Tag to be affixed to watch.

Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation engaged in thebusiness of buying or selling watches, or any agent or servant thereof, whomay sell or exchange, or offer for sale or exchange, expose for sale orexchange, possess with the intent to sell or exchange, or display with theintent to sell or exchange any secondhand watch, shall affix and keep affixedto the same a tag with the words "secondhand" clearly and legibly writtenor printed thereon, and the tag shall be so placed that the words"secondhand" shall be in plain sight at all times.
