§ 6.1-386. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Conformity with federalprocedures.

To the maximum extent consistent with the effective discharge of theCommission's responsibilities, the forms established under this chapter forregistration, reports or any other forms shall conform with those establishedby regulation adopted pursuant to the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 orSection 408 of the National Housing Act.
