§ 6.1-431.6. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Coordination of licensing.

In connection with its administration and enforcement of this chapter, theCommission is authorized to establish agreements or contracts with theRegistry or other entities designated by the Registry to collect, distribute,and maintain information and records and process transaction fees and otherfees related to licensees and persons subject to this chapter. Whenestablishing such agreements or contracts the Commission shall not be subjectto the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.). Notwithstandingthe provisions of § 6.1-1.1, the Commission shall report regularly to theRegistry any violations of this chapter, enforcement actions, and licensestatus changes. The Commission shall report to the Registry only thoseviolations, actions, and license status changes effected by final order ofthe Commission or by the Commissioner pursuant to his delegated authority.
