§ 6.1-435. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Registration; regulation.

An application for registration shall be accompanied by a payment of a $200application fee, which shall not be refundable or abated in any event. Inorder to defray the costs of their examination, supervision and regulation,every check casher required to be registered under this chapter shall pay tothe Commission annually on or before July 1 a registration fee in an amountprescribed by the Commission, but not exceeding $250, and shall file suchannual or other reports as the Commission may prescribe. All fees shall bepaid into the state treasury and credited to the "Financial InstitutionsSpecial Fund - State Corporation Commission."
