§ 6.1-443. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Notice of proposed revocation.

The Commission may not revoke a registration under this chapter until it hasgiven the registrant twenty-one days' notice in writing of the grounds forthe proposed revocation and an opportunity to be heard. The notice shall beserved in accordance with § 12.1-19.1. Within fourteen days of mailing thenotice, the registrant may file with the Clerk of the Commission a writtenrequest for a hearing. If a written request for a hearing is filed, theCommission shall not revoke the registration except based upon findings madeat such hearing.
