§ 6.1-125.7. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Transfers under § 6.1-125.5nontestamentary.

Any transfers resulting from the application of § 6.1-125.5 are effective byreason of the account contracts involved and this statute and are not to beconsidered as testamentary or subject to Chapter 3 (§ 64.1-45 et seq.) ofTitle 64.1.
