§ 6.1-108. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Same; when publication oncein two newspapers sufficient.

Whenever there are two or more newspapers having general circulation in thecounty or city where such suit or petition as is referred to in § 6.1-106 ispending, the court, in its discretion, may, in lieu of the publicationprovided for therein or in § 6.1-107 direct that the list of creditors,together with the notice, shall be published once in at least two of suchnewspapers having general circulation in such county or city.
