§ 6.1-110.8. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Payment of claims filedafter prescribed period.

Any claim filed after the 180-day claim period prescribed by § 6.1-110.7, andsubsequently accepted by the receiver or allowed by the receivership court,shall be entitled to share in the distribution of assets only to the extentof the undistributed assets in the hands of the receiver on the date suchclaim is accepted or allowed.
