§ 6.1-125. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Penalties for violation ofCommission's orders.

The Commission may impose, enter judgment for, and enforce by its process, afine not in excess of $10,000 against any bank, trust company or trustsubsidiary or against any of its directors, officers or employees forviolating any lawful order of the Commission; and may remove from office anydirector or officer who a second time violates any such order; but in allcases the defendant shall have an opportunity to be heard and to introduceevidence, and the right to appeal as provided by law.
