§ 6.1-32. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Suspension of bank, trustcompany or trust subsidiary.

Any trust company or any bank doing a trust business, failing to comply withthe provisions of §§ 6.1-20 to 6.1-22 and 6.1-24 or any one or more of them,or any trust subsidiary failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 6.1-22and 6.1-24, or either of them, may be suspended or prohibited, or suspendedand prohibited from doing a trust business by the State CorporationCommission.
