§ 6.1-44.11. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Additional branches.

An out-of-state bank that has established or acquired a branch in thisCommonwealth under this article may establish or acquire additional branchesin this Commonwealth to the same extent any bank, whose home state isVirginia, may establish or acquire a branch in this Commonwealth underapplicable federal and state law.
