§ 6.1-44.25. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Notice of subsequentmerger, etc.

An out-of-state state bank that maintains a branch in Virginia under thisarticle shall give thirty days' prior written notice of any merger,consolidation, or other transaction involving the bank which would cause theVirginia branch to be maintained by another bank.
