§ 6.1-48.1. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Report to Commission ofelection of director.

Within sixty days following the election or reelection of any person as adirector of a bank, the bank shall furnish such information to the Commissionrelative to the personal character, integrity, financial condition, andpersonal and business background, as the Commission shall from time to timeprescribe. Such report, under oath, shall be signed by the director as wellas a designated officer of the bank. Any person knowingly making a falsestatement in such a report shall be guilty of perjury and be punishedaccordingly.
