§ 6.1-5.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Rate of interest chargeableby state banks.

In addition to the permissible interest rates and charges specificallygranted to banks by this title, state banks may take, receive, reserve andcharge on any loan, any rate of interest, finance charge or other loan chargepermitted to any other lender under the laws of Virginia, other than thoserates or charges permitted to consumer finance companies under § 6.1-272.1.
