§ 6.1-51. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Penalty for acting afterremoval.

Any director or officer removed and restrained under the provisions of §6.1-49 from participating in any manner in the management of any bank ofwhich he is a director or officer, who thereafter participates in any mannerin the management of such bank except as a stockholder therein shall beguilty of a Class 6 felony.
